Experience a week of screenings and two weekend processions of dancers, a community choi, and a monile film scree parading through Bakersfield!
The week-long event takes over Bakersfield for the premiere of 5 new films with Bakersfield residents and California guest artists. Opening with a parade of video trucks accompanied by a 30 person choir creating a dance and music processional moving through the streets inviting audience members to join. Throughout the week the films will be screened in businesses along 18th Street. The event closes with another processional at the EarthDay661 Festival in Yokuts Park.
